ABOUT ME

ABOUT ME

ABOUT ME

Over the last 10+ years, I’ve worked with dozens of SaaS leaders — from CEOs to marketing, HR, product, and sales leaders — to turn their conference speaking opportunities into moments that matter.

I’ve also sat through too many SaaS conferences that had people checking their phones or just trying to keep their eyes open. That includes me.

The speakers weren't engaging. The slides were cluttered with text. The topics were overcomplicated.

But I've never blamed the speakers. This is hard to do, and most don't have the right guidance (or any).

This is especially true in in SaaS, where even if they do enroll help, speaking coaches don't know the space, and agencies charge a fortune to create decks that look nice but take forever to produce.

I was in the same boat, fed up with mediocre or just plain bad presentations that amounted to wasted opportunities. So I began studying the science of attention and the art of storytelling.

I started designing every talk, every presentation, to be engineered for engagement. The difference was immediate and almost overwhelming.

Soon I was helping others do the same, and that work evolved into a framework.

As AI continues to proliferate, the power and value of in-person gatherings will only grow.

So I developed CONFERENCE COMMAND — a 3-part system built for SaaS leaders who want to own the stage and create a competitive advantage for their companies.

CONFERENCE COMMAND: THE SYSTEM BUILT FOR HOW AUDIENCES ACTUALLY PAY ATTENTION

Most speakers focus on what they want to say, and build slides to help them say it. That’s why so many presentations have audiences dozing off or checking their phones.

My method changes that.

Developed over a decade of working with SaaS leaders to deliver high performance presentations, it combines storytelling structure, cognitive design, and performance psychology - built for how attention truly works. It’s engineered to turn your message into a presentation your audience can’t stop following.

Because great talks don’t just earn applause.

They build credibility, attract customers, and create momentum long after the stage lights fade.

Across three dimensions — Narrative, Visual, and Delivery Command — I help helps SaaS leaders create memorable conference moments that drive real outcomes.

MAKE YOUR MESSAGE IMPOSSIBLE TO TUNE OUT

MAKE YOUR MESSAGE IMPOSSIBLE TO TUNE OUT

Too many SaaS speakers overload their audiences with information instead of building a story.

I fix that by combining storytelling structure with attention science.

I use proven narrative frameworks — the same structures behind world-class keynotes and bestselling stories — and integrate principles from Captivology, the science of attention

Whether you’re unveiling a vision for your category, sharing case studies, teaching frameworks, or breaking down market trends, this combination keeps the audience engaged.

That means:

  • A defined arc. Every talk gets a clear beginning, middle, and end. A structure that creates flow.

  • Tension and contrast. Each section builds anticipation and momentum. Keeping the audience locked in.

  • Contrast and framing. This makes your ideas land with clarity and power.

The result is a presentation that builds anticipation and is impossible to tune out — something people actually want to follow to the end.

SLIDE DESIGN AND STRUCTURE THAT WORK WITH YOU, NOT AGAINST YOU

SLIDE DESIGN AND STRUCTURE THAT WORK WITH YOU, NOT AGAINST YOU

Most SaaS decks look like internal docs pretending to be presentations — packed with text, charts, and screenshots.

They help you remember what to say, but they force the audience to choose between the slides and the speaker.

I design slides that apply cognitive design principles - reducing unnecessary mental effort and making comprehension effortless. (cognitive load theory).

In other words, your slides enhance the flow of the presentation, so the audience can come along for the journey, and actually enjoy it.

That means:

  • One idea per slide. Simplicity keeps the audience focused.

  • Intentional rhythm. Visual pacing reinforces narrative pacing.

  • Cinematic clarity. Every image, chart, or animation earns its place.

The result is a deck that looks great, moves fluidly, and make your message impossible to ignore. The psychology of focus in action.

MASTER PRESENCE, PACING, AND TRANSITIONS LIKE A PRO

MASTER PRESENCE, PACING, AND TRANSITIONS LIKE A PRO

Even the best story and slides fall flat if the delivery feels forced or unpracticed.

That's because most speakers rehearse to remember what’s on each slide, but they should be rehearsing for flow.

Using principles from performance psychology and behavioral science, I help you make that shift and build confidence through structure, not charisma.

That means:

  • Rehearsing for alignment. We build a run-through process that syncs your narrative, visuals, and voice into one fluid system.

  • Owning your transitions. The moment between ideas is where most talks lose energy; we make those moments feel seamless.

  • Controlling tempo. You’ll learn to vary your pace, pause intentionally, and hold silence when it matters most.

The result is delivery that feels authentic and natural, the kind of stage presence that makes audiences lean in, not check out.

WHY LIVE COMMUNICATION MATTERS MORE IN THE AI ERA

AI helps us move faster when going through the process above, but it's bigger impact is on human connection.

As AI fills the world with automated content and communication, live interaction is becoming increasingly more valuable.

And on the stage, you have your core audience's undivided attention.

For SaaS companies, every conference stage is now more than a marketing opportunity, it’s a chance to stand apart in a way no algorithm can.

That's exactly what I help SaaS leaders do.

AI IS MAKING SPEAKING OPPORTUNITIES MORE VALUABLE FOR THAN EVER

Leveraging AI allows me to be fast and efficient when working with speakers, but AI's impact on conferences and their stages is much bigger.

The conference spotlight is a moment where your highest quality leads are ready give their undivided attention to your company representative. How often does that happen?

In our world of endless content marketing and AI slop, not very often.

Because of AI, it has never been more valuable for a company to own the stage at an industry event.

The opportunity is there for the taking, and I can help you take it.

FAQ

Still have questions? Feel free to reach out. We're happy to help.

Do you only work with SaaS companies?

Mostly, yes — that’s where I’ve spent my career. SaaS talks are uniquely complex: technical ideas, multiple audiences, limited time. That said, my framework applies and techniques are universal so I can work on a presentation for just about anything.

What types of talks do you help with?

Keynotes, conference sessions/breakouts, internal kickoffs, and pitch day/demo day events. But if you are interested in a different type of event I'm happy to discuss as I can probably help.

What if I already have a deck?

Perfect. We’ll start with an audit against your talk track and diagnose what’s working and what’s not. In many cases, we keep the core ideas and rebuild the structure, visuals, and pacing — so it lands with the audience.

How long does the process take?

This varies based on the offering and things like the length of the talk and where we're starting from. Most Sprints take 2–3 weeks from kickoff to final rehearsal, with Fixes taking less time and Keynotes taking more. Faster timelines are possible for upcoming events — I build the process around your deadline without sacrificing quality.

Do you create the slides or just guide the structure?

Both. I handle the story architecture, pacing, and visual system — and I partner with a designer if we need more advanced motion or illustration. You walk away with a ready-to-present keynote, not homework.

What’s your pricing model?

Everything is project-based. Most engagements range from $3,500 to $19,000, depending what's needed — from refining an existing talk track and deck to building a full keynote experience. There are no surprise costs, and every project starts with a clear scope and outcomes.

What if I’m not a “natural” speaker?

Most aren't and you don’t have to be. My process isn’t about turning you into a performer — it’s about structure, mechanics, and preperation. When your message, slides, and pacing align combine with prep, magic happens.

Do you offer ongoing coaching or retainers?

If you're interested in retaining me we can discuss

Do you offer sessions for multiple people in one company?

Yes I am happy to discuss conducting these kind of programs.

Do I work directly with you, or with your team?

You work directly with me — always. I lead every story, design, and rehearsal session myself. If we ever need specialized design support (like motion or illustration), I’ll bring in help — but you’ll never be handed off or lost in a process.
